Kappa Alpha Theta has left a meaningful impact on the lives of every Theta. On Tuesday, Dec. 3, you’re invited to celebrate all that Theta has brought you and all that Theta can bring others by giving back to Theta on GivingTuesday. By joining us with a gift to Theta on GivingTuesday, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the life of another Theta and, in turn, show your gratitude for Theta in a very tangible way.

GivingTuesday provides the annual opportunity for Thetas to unite in support of a cause about which we are all passionate! Since 2018, nearly $1.5 million has been raised on GivingTuesday to empower Thetas for generations through the Theta Forever Fund.

Every gift made on GivingTuesday will benefit the Theta Forever Fund. These unrestricted gifts allow Theta Foundation to ensure the Theta experience continues for years to come. The Theta Forever Fund supports Theta’s educational, leadership, and philanthropic pursuits, and impactful experiences made available to members including Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI), the Young Alumnae Leadership Program, mental health and wellbeing initiatives, and college chapter officer leadership development.

Gamma Chapter’s 150th Anniversary Challenge
Gamma Chapter at Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, was established in 1874. In celebration of Gamma Chapter’s sesquicentennial, $2,500 was added to the total when the 150th gift was received on GivingTuesday 2024. D.C./Maryland/Virginia Thetas Remember Grand Convention 2024 Challenge
Lady Columbia, the first female personification of the United States, was the inspiration for the name of many American places and institutions, including the District that defines the area our DMV (D.C./Maryland/Virginia) Thetas call home, and where we gathered for Grand Convention this past July. Thanks to these DMV Thetas, between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. EST, every gift up to $3,650 was matched dollar-for-dollar.
